Refund policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all earring sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any earrings once they have been purchased.

Why This Policy Exists

Earrings are considered personal items and cannot be resold once opened or worn. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers.

Exceptions

We will only offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The item received is not what was ordered.

To qualify for an exception, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
